2019 F&E VENDOR APPLICATION INFORMATION

In order to register for any F&E managed market and event (Linden Hills Farmers' Market, included), businesses must become an F&E "approved" vendor. Once accepted you'll be invited to register for our many events and markets. Please note, businesses are required to re-apply every year, as permits, insurance and tax forms must be re-filed annually.

If you would like to attend our markets, and fit the category of author, musician, business sponsor, nonprofit or community program, we ask that you become an approved F&E Vendor using this same application process.

  • Any Minnesota, Iowa or Wisconsin farmer or rancher that grows produce or proteins. Farmer co-operatives or food hubs welcome.

  • Any food or beverage maker that produces packaged food, ready-to-eat foods or operates a food truck.

NEW FOR 2019

You asked for it and we are now making it happen. Businesses can now apply in advance of receiving their 2019 permits and insurance forms. This allows you to become approved and get registered more rapidly. All approved vendors are required to submit this information prior to selling at our markets.

Businesses are now allowed to submit their insurance after they've been approved. We've heard concern from prospective vendors about the costs associated with securing insurance prior to approval. Although businesses are still required to have insurance to participate in our markets, they can now receive approval prior to purchasing a policy.

F&E is now vetting and registering musicians, service-oriented businesses and nonprofit and/or community groups via its application process. Once approved, you'll be able to register for our markets and events just like our other vendors. Before applying, be sure the market you are interested in is accepting vendors of your type.

Please note, we've increased the 2019 application fee to $35 to accommodate the aforementioned changes. Businesses are required to pay the application fee to submit their application for review.
