Instacart is changing the way groceries happen, and local foodpreneurs are responding. With Instamarket, F&E is bringing together the best-of-the-best businesses speaking to this new economy of convenience. Only 20 stalls are being made available, and we expect this market to sell out quickly. Stall fees are discounted at $45. Deadline to register is Friday, March 6.
This market is perfect for those locally owned and operating businesses:
providing on-demand home delivery of pet or people products.
serving up subscriptions (example: baked goods, juice, seafood, proteins, cheeses, alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, and/or other perishables).
offering online purchasing with pick up or delivery.
baking or batching up special orders.
selling meal kits with locally sourced ingredients.
providing in home cooking services or meal delivery.
PROMOTION Each of the partners (Able and F&E) will take an active role in promoting markets to their audiences, with dedicated marketing dollars. F&E encourages vendors to promote their participation often and much.

Should pandemic health related concerns curtail or cancel our markets, all attempts will be made to reschedule dates to later in 2020. Stall fees will be honored at the time of rescheduling. Unfortunately, we don't reimburse stall fees.
Vendors provide their own:
Sign clearly listing your business name
Compostable beverage and food wares are required by the City of Mpls for sampling and serving
Packaging materials and bags for sales
Cart for load in/load out
Checkout items (change float, card reader, receipt paper, etc)
Should electricity be required, at least 100ft of commercial quality extension cords (electricity is limited)
If you sample foods, a MN state approved hand washing set up is required. No exceptions.
Hot water must be brought from home, and has limited availability on site.
+ All stalls are 6'x4' and located indoors, unless stipulated otherwise.
+ Load in begins at 2PM.
+ Easy load in, load out with ample parking.
+ Upon submission of this registration form, your registration dates will be reviewed and should we have any questions or conflicts we will reach out to you.
If you do not hear from us - all your dates have been accepted. Please note this date on your calendar.
+ Vendor stall fees are not reimbursable, nor transferable. Please consider this before registering.
+ Payment of stall fees is required at the time of registration. Registrations submitted without the payment of fees will be cancelled.
Logistical details will be made available online a few days before the market.
